As a cottage food bakery, I am only able to fulfill online orders placed in the Austin/Travis County area. These orders will be hand-delivered.
If you are outside the Austin/Travis County area, please check out my Custom Orders section so we can go over your ordering options.

About Me
Hello! I’m Mariel, the baker behind Vegan Doughmain. My love for baking began in high school, where I started a mini dessert hustle sharing homemade treats with friends and classmates. What started as a creative outlet quickly became one of my favorite ways to connect with people.
In 2021, I began exploring plant-based baking with one goal in mind: to create vegan desserts that still felt deeply indulgent. I wanted rich, decadent, bakery-style treats — not desserts that felt like a compromise. The kind that are nostalgic, satisfying, and so good you’d never guess they were made without dairy or eggs.
That passion became Vegan Doughmain: a cozy, heartfelt bakery built around delicious vegan treats that bring comfort, joy, and a touch of everyday magic.
